    Start from your industry's default track. Switch modules or single lessons off, add others from any industry's library, rename them, change the order and set due dates.

    Put together modules for each role from lessons anywhere in the library, plus your company's own words and phrases.

    Set the pace and level

    Choose how long each module's lessons and drills run, where the core course starts for staff who already speak some, and whether modules open all at once or one at a time.

    See who's practicing and how far each person has gotten. Send reminders, export to CSV and get progress reports.

    A personal account for every employee

    Each seat includes a full Deep End account to use on their own time: Focused Lessons for Spanish seats, the English course for English seats. It's private. The company never sees personal-account activity.

Can employees keep their progress if they leave?

Yes. Their account is theirs. They can keep going on their own personal plan.

Does the company see employees' personal lessons?

No. You see progress on your work track only. What they do in their personal account stays private.

Can we mix English and Spanish seats?

Yes. One team can have both, and they cost the same.

How do employees join?

Send them an email invite from the dashboard, or share a join link.

Can we change the number of seats?

Yes, anytime. Changes are prorated on your next invoice.
