Delete your Deep End account

In the Deep End app

1. Open the Deep End app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
4. Tap Delete to confirm.

Your account is deleted right away, and any subscription is cancelled first so you are never charged again.

Without the app

Email support@deependspanish.com from the email address you sign in with and ask us to delete your account. We do it within 7 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

Your account and email address, profile, lesson progress, flashcards, highlights, subscription records, and conversation history are permanently deleted. Feedback you sent us and anonymous usage statistics are kept, but no longer linked to you. Payment records Stripe must keep by law stay with Stripe. Voice recordings never leave your phone, so there is nothing of them to delete on our side.
