Around Town: Shops, Hospitals and Libraries
Your Chinese friend Wang Fang (王芳) is at the shopping mall and can't find you. Text her: say where you are and where you're not, what you're doing there, and ask where she is.
- Say where people and places are with 在 + place (and 不在)
- Say where you're doing something with 在 + place + verb
- Name at least two places in town (书店, 商场, 电影院, 饭馆…)
- Ask where someone is with 在哪儿
