Become and Change: 变, 变成, 成为, 改变

Write a short diary entry (50–120 characters) about how you've changed since you moved to a new city: what has become different, what someone or something has turned into, and one thing that hasn't changed.

  • Use 变 + adjective + 了 for a change in quality
  • Use 变成 or 成了 + noun for becoming something new
  • Use 一年前 / 原来…现在… to contrast before and now
  • Say one thing hasn't changed with 没变 or 还是

Pick with a tap, a number key or Space. A Chinese keyboard on your device works in the box below too.
