Renting and Home: 租, 住房, 院子
You have a spare room in your flat. Write an advert (50–120 characters) looking for a flatmate: describe the flat and the room, the rent, and one or two house rules.
- Describe the flat with home words (房子, 房间, 客厅, 厨房, 洗衣机…)
- Give the rent with 房租 / 租 and a monthly price
- Use a separable verb correctly, with a word inside or after it (洗完澡, 见个面)
- State a house rule with 把 or 别
