Unit 8 review
Write a short piece for a class magazine about how your town (or your own life) has changed: what it was like in an earlier decade, what has changed, what is still the same, and what you'll keep doing.
- Describes change with 变 / 变化 / 发展 and a number with 增加 / 上升 + 了 + amount, or 越来越
- Uses the double 了 for something still going on (住了二十年了)
- Says what is still the same with 还是 or 仍然, or what never happened again with 再也没
- Uses 下去 or 下来 (坚持下去, 留下来) or 继续 / 不断 / 连续, and a decade or century (九十年代)
