How Many Times: 次, 遍, 趟, 顿, 场

Write a diary entry about a frustrating day when you had to go back to the bank (or a government office) several times to get one thing done. Say how many trips you made, what went wrong each time, and how the day ended. Write 80–180 characters.

  • Count trips with 趟 (去了三趟)
  • Say something was done start to finish with 遍
  • Count occasions with 次
  • Use 顿 or 场 (一顿饭, 一场雨)

Pick with a tap, a number key or Space. A Chinese keyboard on your device works in the box below too.
