After All: 毕竟
On a Chinese parents' forum, someone asks whether a 15-year-old should be allowed to travel to another city alone with friends. Write a reply (150–280 characters) giving your opinion, saying how sure you are about the risks, and ending with the reason that settles it for you.
- 毕竟 + the reason that settles the argument
- Degrees of certainty: 的确 / 确实 and 也许 / 或许 / 说不定
- 并不 or 并没有 to contradict an assumption
- 差点儿 or 几乎 in your example
