I Can't Stand It: 受不了, 不在乎, 无所谓
For weeks, the family upstairs has been making noise late at night. Write a complaint (150–280 characters) to your building's management office: describe the problem, how it affects you, what you've already tried, and what you'd like them to do.
- 受不了 and 闹 or 烦 for what you can't stand
- 过分 to call the behaviour over the top
- 在乎 or 无所谓 for what someone does or doesn't care about
- A 得 clause for the effect on you (烦得睡不着)
Pick with a tap, a number key or Space. A Chinese keyboard on your device works in the box below too.
