Cooking: 切, 烧, 炒

A Chinese friend wants to cook a dish from your country. Write the recipe (150–280 characters): list the ingredients, then explain the steps in order and say what the finished dish tastes like.

  • Cooking verbs: 切, 炒, 煮, 烧, 蒸 or 炸
  • 把 sentences for what you do to the food (把土豆切成片)
  • Steps in order with 先…再…然后…最后
  • Taste words for the result (咸, 淡, 甜, 香)

Pick with a tap, a number key or Space. A Chinese keyboard on your device works in the box below too.
