Delayed Again: 航班, 晚点, 推迟

Last Friday your evening flight from Beijing to Guangzhou was delayed for hours and then cancelled. Write a formal email (150–280 characters) to the airline's customer service: say what happened, how passengers were informed, how it affected you, and what you're asking for.

  • 晚点, 推迟 and 取消 used correctly for a flight
  • Announcement words such as 即将 and 立即
  • A formal register: 尊敬的, 您, 贵公司 and a clear request
  • 否则 or 不然 + what you'll do if they don't respond

Pick with a tap, a number key or Space. A Chinese keyboard on your device works in the box below too.
