Gradually: 逐渐, 渐渐, 逐步
Write a short personal story (150–280 characters) for a blog about how you got used to something new: a new city, a new job or a new sport. Describe how things changed little by little, the step-by-step plan you followed, and one change that happened very fast.
- 逐渐 for steady change, and 渐渐 for change you watched happening
- 逐步 for planned, step-by-step action
- 迅速 or 一下子 for a fast or sudden change
