High-Speed Rail, Coaches and Ferries

You've just travelled from Shanghai to an island by high-speed train, coach and ferry. Write a travel diary entry (150–280 characters) about the journey: each part of the trip, what one announcement said, and how the new rail line has changed the journey.

  • 高铁 or 列车, 长途大巴 and 轮船
  • A station announcement in its formal style (…列车即将进站)
  • 缩短 for how much shorter a journey has become
  • Sequence words such as 以后, 又 and 最后

Pick with a tap, a number key or Space. A Chinese keyboard on your device works in the box below too.
