As Things Change: 随着
A travel magazine is running a series called 'Then and now'. Write a short article (150–280 characters) about how a town or city you know well has changed over the last fifteen years: transport, shops, population and everyday life.
- 随着 + a change (…的发展, …的建成), then a second change
- 越来越 for a continuing trend
- 倍 or a fraction / percentage for the size of a change
- A then-and-now contrast (以前 / 过去 and 现在)
