You're organising a long weekend in Xi'an for three friends. Write a message to the group chat with the plan: the flight, the hotel, and a one-day guided tour. Say what has already been booked and confirmed, what everyone must do beforehand, and what you'll do if the flight is delayed or something goes wrong.
- Booking words: 预订, 确认, 事先 or 提前, and a reminder with 提醒
- A worry or contingency with 万一 (…怎么办 / …就…) or 假如
- A make-or-break condition with 一旦…就, 除非…否则 or 否则 / 不然
- Flight and tour words: 航班, 晚点 or 推迟, 导游, 集合, 按时 or 准时
