Unit 21 review

A culture blog has asked readers for short reviews. Write a review of a film, an animated film or a book you like: what type of work it is and what it's about, its main character, the scene you found most moving (the climax), and its style. Say who you'd recommend it to.

  • Words for the work: 动画片 / 电影 / 小说, 类型, 主题, 背景, 角色
  • Film or story words: 镜头, 情景, 高潮, or 神话 / 童话 for a story
  • Style: 风格, 色彩, 造型 with 独特, 鲜明 or 优美
  • At least one 似乎 / 看来 and one 像…似的 (or 跟…似的) comparison

Pick with a tap, a number key or Space. A Chinese keyboard on your device works in the box below too.
