Can't Stand It, Can't Bear To: Fixed Potential Complements

Write a short blog post (150–300 characters) about clearing out your wardrobe or a cupboard full of old things. Say what you couldn't stand about the mess, what you couldn't bear to throw out, and what you finally managed to get done, using fixed potential complements.

  • 舍不得 for things you can't bear to part with
  • 受不了, 看不惯 or 吃不消 for what you can't stand
  • At least two other potential complements (关不上, 找不着, 穿不下, 装不下)
  • Result complements for what you got done (扔掉, 收拾干净, 整理好)

Pick with a tap, a number key or Space. A Chinese keyboard on your device works in the box below too.
