Unit 5 review
You are moving out of a shared flat in Shanghai, and a Chinese student is taking your room. Write them a message in Chinese (300-500 characters) explaining how the flat works: who does which chores and what 'done' means (clean, put away, thrown out), one thing that broke while you lived there and how it was fixed, what is still not working, and one thing you couldn't bear to throw away and are leaving for them.
- Describe chores with result complements (收拾干净, 擦亮, 洗掉, 扔掉, 堆满) and at least one 把 sentence with a complement.
- Tell a breakage story with 把…给 or 被…给 (or 叫 / 让…给) and the right result (碎, 坏, 断, 漏).
- Contrast a state that changed (坏了, 漏了, 堵了) with one that is ongoing (开着, 关着, 亮着).
- Use at least two fixed potential forms (受不了, 舍不得, 用不着, 说不定, 吃不消).
Pick with a tap, a number key or Space. A Chinese keyboard on your device works in the box below too.
