Unit 10 review
You run a small hotel or youth hostel in China. Write a safety notice for your guests (300–500 characters): the house rules and what is forbidden, why (what each rule avoids), and exactly what to do if there is a fire or an earthquake.
- Prohibitions at more than one strength: 请勿, 禁止 / 严禁, 不得 (with 未经许可 or 任何人)
- Strong advice: 务必, 切记 or 切勿, and at least one 免得 or 省得 giving the reason
- Safety instructions with 一旦 or 万一, 立即 / 迅速, and 以防万一 or 应急
- Emergency vocabulary: 火灾, 地震, 撤离, 通道, 消防 / 灭火器, 119 / 120
