Unit 11 review

You met a possible supplier yesterday. Write an email in Chinese (300-500 characters) to your manager, 王总, reporting on the meeting: describe the supplier's company in two or three sentences, sum up what was agreed about price and about a new product they are launching, list two or three of the contract terms they proposed, and give your own view.

  • Describe the company with 集团, 总部设在, 主要业务, 由…负责 or 下设, and a growth word such as 上市, 创办 or 收购
  • Frame points formally with 就…而言, 对…而言 or 在…看来, and turn to a side issue with 至于
  • Report the negotiation: 报价, 优惠 or 打折, 让步, 协商, 达成协议 or 成交
  • Quote contract terms with 应, 须, 不得 and 有权 (and 未经…同意 or 违约 if you can)

Pick with a tap, a number key or Space. A Chinese keyboard on your device works in the box below too.
