Again and Again: 一再, 再三, 屡次, 反复

The lift in your building has broken down again, for the third time this month. Write a formal complaint (150–300 characters) to the property management office (物业): what has happened, how many times residents have reported it, the effect on people, and what you demand. Use 一再, 再三, 屡次 and 反复.

  • 屡次 for something that has happened many times
  • 一再 or 再三 for repeated requests or promises
  • 反复 for the same action repeated over and over
  • A clear demand with 要求 and a deadline
