A former colleague has applied for a job at another company and asked you for a reference. Write the reference letter (200–400 characters). Describe their character and work with at least four 成语 for people (兢兢业业, 一丝不苟, 足智多谋, 彬彬有礼, 任劳任怨, 雷厉风行), and mention one point they're still working on.
