Old and New Meanings: 古今异义
Your Chinese study group is reading classical texts, and members keep tripping over words whose meaning has changed. Write a post for the group (200–400 characters) explaining at least four such words (走, 去, 闻, 妻子, 汤, 再), each with a classical example, its old meaning and its modern meaning.
- At least four 古今异义 words, each with its old and modern meaning
