Unit 6 review
Your old school's newsletter has asked former students for a short letter (400–700 characters) to younger students: '给学弟学妹的一封信'. Tell the story of how you learned a skill (an instrument, a sport, a language), including a moment you nearly gave up, and give them advice. Use 成语 throughout, in different roles.
- At least one story or fable 成语 used to make a point (守株待兔, 拔苗助长, 纸上谈兵, 画蛇添足…)
- Effort and learning 成语: 循序渐进, 半途而废, 持之以恒, 全力以赴, 举一反三 or 废寝忘食
- A body-part 成语 describing a reaction (目瞪口呆, 目不转睛, 眉开眼笑, 面红耳赤) and a number 成语 (五花八门, 千方百计, 三番五次)
- 成语 in more than one role: as the predicate, before 的 as an attribute, and before 地 as an adverbial
Pick with a tap, a number key or Space. A Chinese keyboard on your device works in the box below too.
