Unit 18 review
A Chinese culture magazine invites readers to write an appreciation (赏析, 400–700 characters) of a classical poem or ci they love. Introduce the poet and the form, paraphrase the key lines in modern Chinese, explain its images and the feeling behind them, and say when people still quote it today.
- The poet, period and form: 唐代 / 宋代, 诗人 / 词人, 绝句 / 律诗 / 词, 押韵 or 对仗
- A modern paraphrase of at least two lines (古诗 → 现代汉语), quoted with 「」 or “”
- Images and their meaning: 月, 柳, 雁, 梅 …, with 象征 or 寄托
- Literary feeling words (思念, 寂寞, 惆怅, 悲欢离合, 怀旧 …) and when the lines are quoted today (每当…, 常被引用)
