Gabriela is from Colombia. Today is her first day at a new job. She works in an office in London, near the River Thames.
Her Mrs. Taylor, explains the "We start at nine o'clock in the morning. On Monday, we have a big at ten. On Wednesday, we have a small at two."
"We have lunch at one o'clock. Some people eat in the kitchen, and some people eat in the park. In summer, everybody eats in the park."
Gabriela writes everything in her "And on Friday?" she asks. Mrs. Taylor smiles. "On Friday, we finish at four. But works on Friday afternoon. People talk, drink tea and eat cake."
Gabriela likes her new office. Her are Ben sits next to her. He always drinks tea with milk. Priya sits in of her. She never drinks tea. She drinks coffee all day.
In the evening, Gabriela calls her mother in Colombia. "How is your new job?" her mother asks. "I love it, Mom," Gabriela says. "And I love Friday afternoon!"
